Self-Driling Screws

Sonfast Corporation supplies a full-line of self-drilling screws with all head and drive styles and point configurations. Self-drilling screws, commonly called "TEKS", are available in steel, stainless steels and combinations of steel and stainless. Self-drilling screws are screws which have a drill-point. This allows the assemblyman to use the screw to drill the hole, then form the joint - all using a single fastener. The use of a self-drilling screw eliminates the need to pre-drill the hole into which the screw is put.
